Abstract (EN)
This study is a literature field study about the situation and development of listening ability in technology based Turkish teaching as a second language. Related to this, the literature was scanned beginning with the programme deducation period, of which technology has been included in, until the internet based technology period of 2000s; positive and negative contributions of technology to the second language education were determined. As a result of the study it was revealed that technology was not used adequately in teaching of Turkish as a second language.
