Abstract (EN)

The aim of study was to evaluation of the effect of private writing on writing anxiety and writing disposition in teaching Turkish as a foreign language. The study was organized as pre-test post-test control group experimental model. In 2016 – 2017 academic year 68 c1 level students from Dokuz Eylül University Language Research and Teaching Center in İzmir participated in the study. To be able to evaluation the experimental and control groups, "Writing Disposition Scale" and "Writing Anxiety Scale" were appliet to student in two class taught by the same teacher, a there was no difference between groups. because of that experimental and control group were chosen randomly. As a result, 36 students in the control group, 32 students in the experimental group. It was indicated that while there is significant difference between the pre-test and post-test results of private writing practices of the experimental group's writing disposition and writing anxiety.
