It is possible to allocate the foreigners' work rights and liberty processes into three due to privileges that emanates from national and international laws:to get the right to work, to get the visa to work, to get the residence permit.The matter of the work permit for the foreigners who live in Turkey is generally composed of the Law 4817 regarding the work permit for foreigners.Permission for foreigners to work, along with exceptions, are abstracted and edited in four groups as time-bound, perpetual, independent and exceptional work permits.Work permit however is a kind of visa that is affixed to the passports of foreigners by the Turkish Consulates abroad and comprises an annotation relative to be able work. To be specialized of the job, not to proceed in an action to come to Turkey with affinity of determination to settle, the job which they will perform in as their profession and career not to be prohibited for foreigners and for the foreigner not to be related to people who may damage and harm national security, public ' order, public health and public morality in the country are required.Residence permit with intent to work; it is mandatory for the foreigners who come to Turkey to work to have residence permit commentary to work and should get it from the police stations before they start to work within a month period of time after they arrive.
