Abstract (EN)

The answer is in the water. It is carried by rain shipped by natural mail in the open air such as roads, sidewalks, and parking lots. Rainwater can be used in various areas such as gardens, toilets, workplace cleaning, car washes in all non-drinking water applications. This study provides an opportunity to get rainwater inside and outside the building. This study is the study schedules inside and outside bus station building. For this purpose, the amount of rainwater collected over the roof area of the bus station and the precipitation data of Bursa were calculated in 2021. In addition, by calculating the amount of water required to meet the annual water needs for green space irrigation, car washing, floor cleaning and toilets at Bursa Bus Station, it has been determined that the amount of rain collected can meet 24,4% of this need by adding 11 tanks with a volume of 100 cubic meters. In addition, the rainwater harvesting system and annual network water cost savings were calculated and it was determined that the payback period for the applied system was 18 years.
