Abstract (EN)

The purpose of the study is to explain the concept of sin in Judaism, to examine and to investigate the sins in this religion. The study consists of two main chapters. In the first chapter, the concept of sin in other religions and its content are examined; In the second chapter, the basic sins in this religion are revealed by examining the dictionary and term meaning of the concept of sin. Again in the last part of this chapter, the historical dimension of repentance is discussed by mentioning the repentance which Jews must realize for forgiveness of sins. During the study, it was found out in the Jewish faith that the sins, which were accepted as great sins, were essentially intertwined with all sins, in this context, the works of many Jewish authors have been used.
