فرائد اللآلئ للعلامة يحيى بن عبد الله فخر الدين الرومي في الفقه الحنفي (ت: 864هـ) من باب الطهارة إلى باب الشفعة (دراسةً وتـحقيقاً)

This thesis aimed to investigate a special part of the chapter of al-Taharah (purity)to the chapter of al-Shafa'a(intercession) from the book "Farad Al-La'ali" which wroted by the sufi hanafi jurist sheikh Yahya bin Abdullah Fakhr al-Din al- Adranwi (d. 864 AH). The book is a summary of the fatwas of Hanafi jurisprudence, arranged on the chapters of jurisprudence that collected from the explanations and fatwas. Its importance comes from being specific to issues that people share and need all the time and they ask scholars and specialists about them. It also included strange, rare and controversial fatwas among the Hanafi jurists. The book is also rich in precious sources from the main books of Hanafi jurisprudence, more than a hundred books, most of which are still in manuscript form, and some of them are lost, such as the book Al-Muntaqa. The study followed the historical descriptive approach in presenting the biographical and scholarly biographies of the author and the political, social and educational aspects of his era, while the scientific method used in the investigation and commentary on the book: such as writing the text, justify the text with diacritics, comparing the copies, attributing the sayings, and extracting the issues and documenting them. The most important conclusion of the study was: The author depends heavily on opinion and analogy in the rooting and inference of the researched jurisprudential issues In addition to his inference on the the Holy Quran and the Hadith, likewise, the book Al-Farad contains a large number of brief and important fatwas in every chapter of the Hanafi jurisprudence, such as the chapters on al-Taharah, the Prayer, the Zakat, the Fasting, the Hajj, the Sales, the Usury, the Rent and the Shafa'a(intercession) in a way that benefits specialists, students and Judicial and legislative specialists. As well as the creativity of the Sheikh in dividing the book into chapters, and put the issues into sections to make it easier to benefit from it, Likewise, the author has a superior ability to cite the sayings and weighting them with evidences, and that the book reflects the author's skills in jurisprudence in matters of jurisprudence, and his culture in presenting arguments and proofs to support his opinion.
