Abstract (EN)
In this study, damage behaviours of notched composite plates repaired by using adhesive and patch on external side were searched experimentally. Eight layered epoksi resin matrix woven glass fiber reinforced composite plates and patches obtained from same plates were used. Double main based material loctite 9466TM which is a commercial product was used. The effect of variation of fibre reinforced angle and geometric parameters on damage load at repairing composite plates with patch and adhesive on single and double surface were searched. Composite plates had 0o, 15o, 30o ve 45o as fibre reinforced angle were used. Notch type variation, patch length variation and adhesive thickness variation were analysed as geometric parameters. [0o]8 composite plates were used as patch. 30mm, 45 mm and 60 mm dimensions were selected for seeing the effect of patch size. The adhesive thickness effect was analysed for 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm thicknesses. Obtained results were presented with tables and graphics.
