Abstract (EN)
In this study, the membrane was produced by mixing Bitumen, IPP (Isotactic Polypropylene), LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene), Calcite and Silica sand in different ratios. With the produced membrane,Fire (temperature) resistance, density, low temperature bending, penetration and ring-ball tests were performed and the test results were compared with the membrane used today. TS 120 EN 1427, TS 118 EN 1426, TS EN 13501-1, KG-TL-029 test methods were used in our study. The density of the silicaspliced material we obtained was 1.3782 g / cm³, the strength was better, the softening degree was 155 ° C, the brittleness temperature was -7 ° C and the fire class was E.
