Demanding Turkey's poultry sector export using by artificial neural networks method

Chicken meat is a valuable food for human nutrition. The poultry sector in our country has made progress in recent years and has reached an important place in the world. When the production, consumption and export figures are examined, it is seen that our country has a certain place in the world and gradually settles in the front row. Production increases in poultry products will continue in next years. Chicken meat sector is important for our country. In the study, export data of chicken meat was estimated by using artificial neural networks method. In this context, artificial intelligence based solutions were investigated. In the study, the factors affecting demand in the poultry sector were determined. The data obtained were evaluated in the estimation model created by ANN method. According to the results of the error tests with the ANN model, the predictions made by the model were found to be reliable and consistent. In the training of the network, forward feedback propagation network architecture is used. The results of the study showed that the model has a low error rate, high performance and the use of artificial neural networks for estimating the export demand for chicken meat yields positive results.
