Abstract (EN)

This study is a research article that compiles various sources using qualitative research methods, aiming to explore communication strategies in the bus transportation sector. The study extensively examines traditional communication models, specifically focusing on passenger-driver, company-passenger, and emergency communication. Additionally, it covers current issues and improvement areas in the sector, including the impact of delays on passengers, passenger dissatisfaction, and deficiencies in emergency interventions. The section on Artificial Intelligence (AI) based communication strategies encompasses voice assistants and chatbot applications, detailing how they can be utilized in providing information to passengers, offering ticket and route information, and responding to user queries. Furthermore, it emphasizes the advantages of AI-supported communication, delving into passenger analytics and personalized communication. The concluding section highlights the benefits of AI-supported communication strategies in the industry, such as rapid information flow, enhancement of passenger experience, operational efficiency, and cost savings. The study provides detailed examples of AI applications, national and international collaborations, successful integration instances, as well as challenges faced in the sector and corresponding solutions. The conclusion and recommendations section summarizes the overall findings of the study and provides suggestions for improving communication strategies in the bus transportation sector. The references section includes the sources relied upon in the study. This article offers a comprehensive overview of communication strategies and AI applications in the bus transportation sector.
