Abstract (EN)

Businesses are in a constant state of change in using technology in order to be ahead of their competitors in the commercial field. In this context, the artificial intelligence process, which has recently made its impact more felt, is making itself felt in every field from users to businesses. The healthcare sector is also starting to use artificial intelligence-supported products in order to target patient satisfaction. Patients exposed to these products also experience some experiences during the process. The health status of the individual and the perceptual level of the service received in this healthcare field are also subject to evaluation. Determining the effect of products where artificial intelligence is used in the healthcare field on patient experience is also an area that needs to be researched. The feelings and thoughts of the individual are formed regarding the healthcare service they receive. This study aims to determine the health perception deficit that occurs due to the experiences of patients receiving service as a result of the use of artificial intelligence-supported products, which are among the most important values of our age, against these products used in the healthcare process. In this context, the necessary survey form was used depending on the models and hypotheses based on the created anal study. The first section of the survey form consists of the demographic section and scale expressions aimed at determining customer experience and health perception status in artificial intelligence-supported products. The data of the study was collected in a 1-month period with a survey created via Google Form. These data were analyzed in the SPSS system. T-test and ANOVA test were used in the analyzes. As a result of these analysis studies, it was concluded that the negative effect of artificial intelligence-supported products on health perception was positive in terms of patient experience and as a result, our hypotheses created depending on the working model were accepted. It is suggested that it would be appropriate to determine and evaluate the situation determined as patient perception of artificial intelligence-supported products discussed in this study in other sectors and to conduct other studies.
