Abstract (EN)
In this study, which analyzes the historical process of artificial intelligence (AI) technology from conceptual and theoretical perspectives, it aims to reveal how AI technology affects its place in the discipline of international relations in the fields of politics, management, diplomacy, military, economy, security and defense and to make predictions about how it will affect it in the future. In this context, the studies of the leading artificial intelligence manufacturers (USA, China and Russia) in world politics are presented and predictions are made about how artificial intelligence systems will play a role in policy and decision-making processes in the near future. In addition, the current and possible effects of possible scenarios brought by systems with thought processes that differ from human intelligence in international relations, locally, regionally and nationally, are emphasized.
