Abstract (EN)

Humanity's relationship with technology has continued to the present day with its imaginary examples in the mythological sense and practical examples in the historical sense. 'Techne' used by man for the act of creation represents the formation of object by the subject. This understanding has turned into the formation of the subject by the object in the modern world. In this direction, humanity has been forced to face its creations, reckon with them, and pushed to return to its original nature. This process has been developing since ancient times has shown itself as artificial intelligence in a technological sense. Intelligence, one of the components of the term artificial intelligence, corresponds to processes in numerical systems as a narrowed form of the concept of reason. This narrowness is because intelligence covers purely computational or rational processes, and the mind hosts many processes such as aesthetics, art, emotions, and psychology. The flow of history has replaced this weakness of the intellect versus the mind with an opposite understanding. This understanding, where intelligent person is glorified has come to the fore, and the mindful person has become less mentioned creates ethical problems. In this aspect, the expression of artificial intelligence has an intriguing reputation in many circles. When this use of the term intelligence is used in terms of artificial intelligence, it may lead to some ethical problems in the long run. For example, the definition of calculative intelligence raises the question of both reason and intelligence again. In the matter of artificial intelligence, the subject turns into a human mind and machine intelligence race. A critical assessment of this context's dynamics will contribute to the literature in terms of drawing attention to ethical issues and putting forward possible solution proposals. First, mental processes were examined philosophically and compared with the functions of algorithm-based numerical systems. As a result of this philosophical approach, the subject and the object are understood in detail. Some concerns and risk factors caused by human nature and algorithms and their potential for the future has been discussed. At this point, considering the aims of philosophy, such as thinking, researching, and producing concepts, ethical concerns and risk factors that artificial intelligence will cause have been determined. Finally, some possible philosophical implications in the light of the potential risks and ethical concerns are examined. The philosophical implications of artificial intelligence for the future are essentially a subject-object problem. In this context, the process of the subject forming the object throughout history changed to a new understanding in which the object attempts to form the subject. Since this questioning has conceptual foundations, it cannot be considered independently of philosophical discourse. It is impossible to sacrifice philosophical concepts such as mind, intelligence, consciousness, and perception to the mechanical symbols of a reductionist understanding. Therefore, understanding the philosophy behind artificial intelligence is an important point that will enable us to understand the possible future consequences of the algorithm. Furthermore, classifying the ethical theories that emerged in the subject-object interaction in the historical process is an effective method of predicting the possible consequences of this artificial intelligence. As a result, in the light of these methods and information, possible facts and potential philosophical consequences are included.
