Abstract (EN)
The greenhouse effect caused by the effects of the greenhouse effect caused by the gases emitted to the atmosphere is caused by carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, and the methods of minimizing and reducing the large amount of CO2 generated increase the importance as time goes by. The amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas released to the atmosphere on earth has been determined to be composed of structural projects which we have produced for the purpose of housing. Nowadays, developing technology has enabled the production of energy from many natural resources. These natural resources, which are considered as alternative sources of energy, can produce energy and during this production, much less damage to the environment than fossil resources can be made. Thanks to wind, solar and many other natural resources, structures or people have been able to meet their energy needs. In order to protect the ecological balance we have mentioned above and to leave a healthier habitat to future generations, the UK-based BREEAM which produces international competition and international competition, which has become more and more international in time, and the LEED green building certification systems that are produced in the United States are the first and last steps to sustain this are thrown. The common starting point of both BREEAM and LEED certification systems is to create natural habitable spaces for community members and to ensure that future generations move away from materials and practices that will adversely affect their life patterns and health. Within the scope of this thesis; After examining the concept of sustainability, green building and certification systems, their history, formation objectives, and reference criteria for the continuation and dissemination of energy efficiency of structural houses, after determining the criteria and dissemination criteria for the expansion of the housing project in Turkey, the causeeffect relationship has been evaluated for a local green building certification system which can be applied and extended and this thesis has been put forward by examining the sample applications from our country.
