Abstract (EN)

In the studies carried out to determine the mechanical properties of adhesive connections; The effects of the adhesive thickness applied between the plates, the overlapping length of the plates, the thickness of the plates and the selected adhesive type on the mechanical properties of the adhesive joint were investigated. Examining the mechanical properties of lap joints obtained by using plates made of different materials is also available, although not very common, in the literature. A single-lap bonding connection made with Acrytron 1E1 adhesive, which is Acrylic adhesive type, and especially AZ91 plate material, used within the scope of this study has not been encountered in any study. In this study; Stress and damage analysis of single-lap bonding and bolt-bonding metal/composite connections under tensile loads were performed. As material; acrylic adhesive (Acrytron 1E1) and measures 100-25-3 mm; By using AZ91/AZ91, AZ91-carbon fiber and carbon fiber-carbon fiber plates, three different single lap joint models were prepared as glued, bolt and bolt-glued. The stresses and deformations occurring in the connection models subjected to tensile and four-point bending tests were examined and comparisons were made. As a result of the tensile test, it was determined that the highest maximum tensile stress occurred in the AZ91-KF bolt-bonded specimens. In the four-point bending test, the maximum shear force value was determined in KF-KF bolt-bonded specimens.
