Judicial fees

Government needs income to implement public services. The most important means of earning income is tax. However the increase of the public needs on a large scale causes insuffiency of tax. Because of this the government needs sources of income with tax. The view of inserting the people, profits from the public services to this substitute occures the result of searching new source of income. In other words the source of income which is taken because of profiting public services. The subjects of the fees have many sorts because of being source of income. The activities of courts, titledeeds, consulate and notary public, are some of these subjects. So the subject of the research, judicial fees, is one of these subjects. The money which is taken because of profiting judicial services is expressed judicial fees. Because of this, the subject of judicial fees is composed of judicial services. The reason of choosing judicial fees as a resaerch subject is defiency of a study about this. In the other hand, it is aimed to provide unity in the practise of fees. The fees taken for judicial services will be observed in this study. The research is formed by introduction, three parts and conclusion. In the first part the fees will be observed as being public income. In the second part the subject of the judicial fees is being observed at two main titles as the fees of courts and the fees of execution and bankrupt In the thirth part the liability and obligation at judicial fees, the base of judicial fees and paying the judicial fees is being observed in the third part. In the other hand, the element of the judicial fees is being observed. The resaerch is being unriched by verdicts. There are many abstracts of the verdicts about the research in this study. THe resaerch is completed with the conclusion part including the result obtained and some suggestions.
