Uncertainty of Turkish administrative structure's place at the office of the prosecutor foundation in content of judical and administrative functions problem

The Office of the prosecutor foundation is formed the public prosecution in the field of criminal justice. Function is brought in front of the trial court about the event which is related with the independent court and the penal provisions. Checking the decision by taking part in the judgement, enforcing the certain judgement in accordance with the law. That?s for bringing out the reality and ensuring the public peace. In this context, Office of the prosecutor foundation?s judicial tasks are in the foreground. Besides of the judicial functions, it has also administrative and financial functions. These are numerous. It is regulated within the subsidiary legislation and the different laws. We are going to analyze it in our studies partially. Our aim is to examine the issue about uncertainty of Turkish administrative structure?s place within these tasks in accordance with the Office of the prosecutor foundation. This issue is nearly unheeded in our country, that?s just for trying to analyze in the doctrine and the legal legislation. This work is intending to determine the legal qualification and the functions, institution structure in the light of the comparative law and historical evolution of the institution. And at the same time it is aimed to identify issue about uncertainty of Turkish administrative structure?s place.
