Quality of life and health workers

This thesis discusses the relationship between the quality of life and healthworkers. So, it's important by eliminating the problems of living and working conditions of health care workers, through expanding of life quality, reducing the problems of health care service, expanding the care and satisfaction of the patients. One of the most important elements of the quality of health care servicedepends the efficient and effective behaviours of the imployees in the service of health. As a result, ıt has been considered by studying the factors of life qualty and healty care workers to disclosure the relationship between them.
