Yaşar Kemal’in Hikâye ve Romanlarında Çocuklar Üzerine İnceleme

Yasar Kemal's story and novel were used in thematic examination upon children. Yasar Kemal who focuses on children novels and stories were discussed, they are: Sarı Sıcak(1952), YılanıÖldürseler (1976), Al GözümSeyreyleSalih (1976), Kuşlar da Gitti(1978), AllahAskerleri(1978),YağmurcukKuşu (1980), Hüyükteki Nar Ağacı (1982), Kale Kapısı (1985), KanınSesi (1991), Adlıromanlarıve Filler SultanıileKırmızıSakallıTopalKarınca (1977). The thesis "Introduction" section, made of the subject of study, purpose, significance, methods, conceptual framework, assumptions, scope and limitations, and data collection techniques. The second part of the thesis development of children's literature in Turkey and in the world, and the information is given about YaşarKemal’s the life and literary personality. The third chapter is the main part of the thesis Yasar Kemal's that focuses on children novels and stories, we examined the psychological and socio-economic dimensions of the works related to children at that timeunder six headings. These titles respectively Family Child Relations, Child Abuse Elements, Street Child Relationship, delinquent children, children affected by environmental conditions, child mortality, frighten children.
