Parts of the patients satisfaction with nursing services and patient satisfaction :Çivril State Hospital sample

Rapidy growing technological developments reflected itself in health care sectors. With the start of using advanced technologies, health care services started to be more Professional and due to patient needs and public health care quaities emerged to be more satisfactory. Unqualified health care services, emerge alternatives like patient satisfation based private health care services or international alternatives which can damage the overall health care system. Nowadays, an important benchmark to determine the health care quality is patient satisfaction and gratification besides the increase of research in this area suggest that patient quality and patient focused health care services became the new trend in health care services. Patient satisfaction and gratification is based on patient nurse relationship. Nurses are the only health care employees to spend time and observe all effect of all kinds of procedures of the patient therefore from admission to release of the patient, nurses? obligation is critical. Nurses? role in patient satisfaction ends when the patient can adjust his/her own needs as well as making it possible fort he patient to heal properly and quickly to the stage which the patient is able to recover to self-caring. During these phases a nurse should satisfy the needs of the patient in a optimum level. Hence, constant review of patient satisfaction of nursing services is necessary. Present study aims to investigate patient satisfaction of nursing services in Çivril Devlet Hastanesi and the factors that effect patient satisfaction.
