A thesis on the perceptions of directors, teachers and students about the fulfillment degree of primary school foundotion standarts at regional boarding primary schools (a sample of Malatya district)

The general aim of this study is to set standarts of organizations and assess regional boarding primary schools (YIBO) in Malatya according to directors, teachers and students? view. For this reason, the spring term of 2009-2010 academic year in Malatya [Akcadag YIBO, 75th Year ISE YIBO (Arapgir), Tatkınık YIBO (Arguvan), Battalgazi YIBO, 75th Year ISE YIBO (Hekimhan), Puturge YIBO, Tepehan YIBO (Pütürge)] YIBO?s schools were investigated.A descriptive study was made among students and teachers and the data were collected through scanning. For managers, the quantitative data has been studied in addition to descriptive data. For this reason, research in the province of Malatya, Regional Boarding Primary Schools Primary Education Institutions Standards Students, Teachers, Managers has been prepared according to the scale in order to determine their views. This scale has been compiled on Primary Education Standards. This scale was sent to faculty members working in the field of education in different universities and re-arranged in line with recommendations. To determine the construct validity of the scale applied to groups other than the research sample, data reliability coefficient was calculated answers. Expert opinion in the matter after obtaining the necessary removal of the scale with the scale is ready to implement.The data collected, frequency, percentage calculations, the t-test and ANOVA (F) were analyzed.
