Evalution of the reflection of rural-urban lives of girl students at boarding region school on their paintings (sample of Hakkari province)

As an important area of the general education, painting is a special discipline in expressing the child?s emotions and opinions about the events baldly for the improvement of the child as a social asset.Painting is an important diagnosis tool in understanding the children who are unable to express themselves because of their age or characteristic properties. The emotional and social progress of a child is related closely in comprehending some of the artistic symbols. The patches, forms and lines made after some drawing and painting are the reflection of the enthusiastic world of a child. The child joins actively to this event and these sketches give very important data of the communication. This attitude of the children happens to be in an unplanned specification. Therefore the lines, symbols and marks that the children gain by perception are very important in terms of the activity process.Painting is a manner of reflecting ones complex world. The painting that the child creates spontaneously reflects her own inner world, her experiences and her true life.Painting is a very important guide in understanding the children?s period of improvement and state of skills. It is also important for reflecting the problems of the children with the other children or with the adults.Painting usually provides to express the emotions and thoughts of the children that have difficulties with expressing their feelings to their family or generally to the social environment. Children also express their impossible dreams and absurd ideas by painting.This researching?s aim is observing by painting the individual diversity of the girl pupil who came from Hakkari?s rural areas to city central pension and to know about that students closely as to be witness their rural-urban progress. Therefore a lot of factors as student?s socio-economic level, her communication with their family, her general behaviors, her relations between her friends, sisters, brothers, her physical and intellectual development, her manners at school, her age... have been considered as well as pupil?s paintings in this work.According to the results of this research, when the student?s individual specialities and her environmental progress analyse, it is possible to reach the idea of know about the student closely by her paintings. In addition to this, we can see that her paintings mirror her personality and her family?s behaviors to her.As a result of the above mentioned findings, suggestions have been submitted to teachers, parents, authorities and researchers.Keywords: Symbol, child, interaction, development.
