Abstract (EN)

In this study, sixteen quarters during between 1 January 2015-31 December 2018 which nine mutual funds operating in Turkey kinds of events, data envelopment analysis (DEA) using measured and the results are interpreted. DEA is a linear programming-based technique used in situations where it is difficult to measure the relative effectiveness of organizational decision-makers due to the large number of inputs and outputs. In the study, for DEA aplication, person numberin portfolio,portfolio size and standard deviation were used as inputand average was used as output. In practice, the outputs of the mutual funds' activities were taken and the ones that were effective were identified. As a result: In the measurement of efficiency in DEA with nine mutual funds, the activity levels for sixteen quarters followed a constant direction movement in contrast to other literature studies.At the end of the sixteen-quarter period, the fund, which has the TKK code among the Mixed Umbrella Funds, has been active sixteen times.
