From the earliest time to present day, banking sector and sector activities are taking places envolved in the world economy financially, are being classifield according to their structure and legal status. Investment and development banks are in the various situation according to effiency of country economies. In this thesis, financial models and analysis models of investment and development banks are studied and explanied with sampling. The efficiency study of chosen five international development and investment banks that active in Turkey in years 2011-2017 are evaluated by method that "Data Envelopment Analysis" DEA. DEA Solver program is used to find the efficieny scores.
