Life is a training process. Human being needs to learn new things sometimes for his job, sometimes for improving himself throughout his life. Sometimes government tries to give training at certain topics to make conscious its nation. Individuals have different responsibilities due to their socio-economical situations. Most of the time, training needs of individuals fall behind these responsibilities because of reasons such as time, money, intensity, children. Even if he wants to be trained, he has the difficulty of finding many of trainings around. As you see, because of these reasons training opportunities which are independent of time and place must be in the service of adults.Web Based Distant Training works is a gradually becoming widespread service. However adults are neglected in this subject as well as at all subject of training. This research has been made to find out how success will change in case trainings directed towards adults is given with supportive training on internet too.As parts of the thesis, pre-tests, evaluating computer knowledge, are applied . According to the level of the trainess, they were allocated as 2 equal groups. One of the first group is trained by face to face, the other is trained either face to face or distant supportive training using designed web site. After the training, knowledge of the groups is evaluated by final test.Some of the results obtained at the end of research are as follows; it has come to light that the group which has taken distant supportive training are more successful compared to the group which has taken training with classical methods. It has been found out that young and middle aged adult trainees are more successful than middle aged and old trainees. It has been understood that unemployed people and students are more successful than other employed adults. It has been revealed that differences at education level are not a factor affecting success.
