Abstract (EN)
Ill summary The place and innpartanoe of the Office Managemenet services in tah working of today is better understood. The secretariat of course has effective role on the porformance of the managers of organizeline. One of the most important elements increasing the effectiveness of the secretariat is correspondence services. The correspondence services must acquire itself new dimensions with technological developments and must be meticulous about standardizasion. Developing the correspondence standards is studied in this study. Therfore, it is tried to determine that if there is any standard available for being able to increase the speed, security and validity of the correspondence services and if there is such a standard than to determine tha degeree of abblicability of that standard. Tha study consists of three parts. In tha first part, the correspondence concept, correspondence types and tha rules wich should be complied with ara given. In the second part, the available correspondence standards, the types of Official writings, and lagel bassis and importance of the Official and Private work writings are given. Sn tha third part, the suggestions about the rearrangement of the correspondence standards and eliminating the defects in the light of the findings obtained as a result of dha public survey carried out for developing standards and the other information are presented.
