Abstract (EN)
This study is conducted to determine the effects of peer assessment application on seventh grade students' mathematical achievements and mathematics attitudes in the teaching of equations. Research design is determined as static group pretest and posttest. While peer assessment application is being applied in the experimental group, traditional teaching methods are used in the control group. A total of 57 seventh grade students participated in the research as 28 in the experimental group and 29 in the control group. Mathematics achievement test and mathematics attitude scale were used for the data collection. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that the peer assessment application have a positive effects on increasing the students' mathematical achievements and mathematics attitudes. Keywords: Peer assessment, mathematical achievements, mathematics attitudes
