Abstract (EN)
In this study named "Activities of Jehovah's Witnesses in Azerbaijan" issues such as the movement's mission activities in the region, methods of recruiting members, its effects on local people, and conflicts between the state and the movement were examined. For a better understanding of the subject, Azerbaijan history and other religious traditions operating in the region are mentioned first. Members of the movement operating in the region were reached and the information obtained from one on one interviews was also tried to be used. As a result of the research, it has been observed that although Jehovah's Witnesses operating in Azerbaijan are not very popular with the people of the region, they are recognized by the state and are allowed to operate in some regions and as a result they strengthen their expansion policies day by day.
