Abstract (EN)
Inthisstudy, twelvenewcompondscarrying 4-substitutedphenylpiperazinoethyl structureat position 2 of 6-(4-subtitutedphenyl)pyridazine-3(2H)-one ring rstructureswereconfirmedby1H-NMR, Massandelementalanalysis. Afterthat, theiranalgesicand anti-inflammatoryactivitieswereevaluated in vivobyusingp-benzoquinon-inducedwrithing test andcarrageenan-inducedhindpawedema, respectively.Amongthesynthesizedcompounds, 6, 7, 10 and 11 haveanalgesicandanti-inflammatoryactivities.As obtainedresults, compounds10 and11werefoundtohavethehighestanalgesicandanti-inflammatoryactivitieswithoutgastriculcer in thetestedanimals.
