In this study, new 6-aminoquinoline derivatives were designed. New 6-aminoquinoline derivatives were designed and screened for antimicrobial activity to assist in the development of antibiotic drugs with analgesic, antiinflammatory, anticancer, anti malarial properties. Pharmaceutical industries in antimalarial used aborat aminoquinoline of the quinoline ring Winthrop group of modeling studies to discover that cannabimimetic aminoalkylindoles of naphthyl groups are combined (4-alkyl-1-naphthyl)-quinolin-6-ylamide derivatives were designed. Aminoquinoline based derivatives synthesized were analyzed for drug administration and these compounds chemicals structures were analysed by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (1H and 13C NMR), Liquid Chromatography-Mass-Mass Spectroscopy (LC-MS-MS), Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Photoluminescence (PL). The derivatives were evaluated for antimicrobial activity and examined for various physicochemical parameters.
