Abstract (EN)

Pulse-width modulated (PWM) DC-DC converters are widely used in renewable energy sources, power factor correction circuits, electric vehicles etc. widely used in applications. DC-DC PWM converters must be switched at high frequencies to increase power density and reduce cost. Because the higher the frequency, the smaller the size of the circuit. However, as the switching frequency increases, the switching losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI) increase. Accordingly, the total efficiency and operating performance of the converter decreases. Soft switching techniques are used to overcome switching losses. In this context, it is aimed to minimize the negative effects caused by high switching frequency.
