Abstract (EN)
In this study, the changes that have been planed to be done in the field law on the basis of The Constitutional Court?s presentcondition and the current problems were studied.The Constitutional Judgement throughout the world were searched and the ones that can be beneficial for our law system were taken into consideration. The changes that can be more functional and constructive fort he problems were discussed and the starting points for these changes are the defects in the present Constitutional Judgement and the Constitutinal Court. As a result, the searches foreshadowed within the foundation of The Law Goverments and The Constitutional Judgement?s main goals that are to Project of the basic rights and the freedom we are tired to be reflected in the study.
