Abstract (EN)
In this study, CdS quantum dots sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs) based C-type novel negatronics were fabricated. Graphene/TiO2 nanocomposites were prepared using graphene oxide (GO) and titanium (IV) isopropoxide followed by the facile hydrothermal process. The structural, surface morphology, chemical composition of composites were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infra-red spectra (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The electrical characteristics QDSSCs were performed using current-voltage and photocapacitance- frequency characteristics of the solar cells were analyzed in detail. The CdS quantum dots sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs) exhibited a negative capacitance (NC) behavior. QDSSC based on C type nanonegatronic photoanode (Graphene/TiO2 based) exhibits a high energy conversion efficiency of 0.298 %, compared with a QDSSC based on TiO2 nanoparticle photoanode (0.085 %). The obtained new C type nanonegatronic materials are promising for optic communication and optoelectonic devices.
