The planning of new zoning area and roadworks and the mapping for new services

This thesis is a master's thesis which was formed in the Department of Civil Engineering at İstanbul Aydın University. It has been examined what can be done to achieve the best in the state road planning process. It is necessary to improve an existing road. And the result must be predicted and implemented. Meeting the general traffic needs, removing from the center and planning the changes in the negative effects or land use caused by the traffic are the main topics. Some of the policies and procedures describe the minimum requirements and processes used. The country offers the results of its regular plans for the development team to present a development outcome to the public. Country Programs, Regional Programs and Global Program. These documents are to make the vision, direction and strategies defined in the Strategic Plan functional. The programs are implemented with projects with annual work plans. Planning seems simple enough, but the ideal project will be designed and the design will be provided and the design goals will be determined. Reality is much more complicated. Today, city, community and regional planning and constant change means to deal with. To translate a vision technical expertise, political knowledge and financial understanding tomorrow and today must adhere to a strategic action plan. Indeed, thousands of local government agencies and planning agencies have, in particular, adopted GIS tools as a means of bringing them together. Limited financing and staffing are on the move in the direction of requests. The costs are related to the benefits of an action to provide climate and development aid in the country, as well as the fact that potential funders do not only comply with the program of financing a project. This thesis explains how to identify potential funders' investment proposals to help them evaluate or screen them. The costs and benefits of both the proposed activities and domestic capacity needs are taken into account. It can focus on a single technology with a potential in a country or sector or a larger scale. The joint venture's technology portfolio is, for example, bicycle lanes and pedestrian paths, along with a bus-rapid transit system. Based on the portfolio of priority technologies within the sectors, the identified obstacles can decide whether there are multiple common points.
