Abstract (EN)

Subject of this thesis is how women, working in shopping centers, identify themselves as identity. This subject is handed with scope of whether women working in shopping centers regard themselves as workwomen and how regard other women who don't work in shopping centers. It is also told that as new places, shopping centers and changes cause in women's, working in shopping centers, faceabouts, sense, thoughts and behaviours. Purpose of research is how women working in the shopping centers regard themselves as identity (whether regard themselves as worker). On women working in shopping centers in İstanbul, explain how change connection between workmanship patterns and places ( shopping centers) compose importance of research. Why research focuses on women working in the shopping centers is because it is thought workwomen show new workmanship patterns will see explicitly places compose of shopping centers. So even if they do same work, women working except from shopping centers are excluded. Universe of research composes of workwomen working in shopping centers in İstanbul. İmportance of research composes of four shopping centers different from each other in features and separate from each other(county, district, highway). These shopping centers are: Capacity, Armonipark, Arenapark, 212. Above, it is stated from four shopping centers different from each other exemplification techniques that are not based on possibiliy, deliberate(decisional) techniques and viburnum technique densely workwomen are selected for interview features of selection measurements are one of working in these shopping centers and women. Also, before research, it was planned to interview with 18 or older women but in Avm sector, from sixteen years of age upward when it is seen that they work by their family permission sample criterion of 18 years old is lowered to 16 years old. Research was left out of samples of women working in shopping centers because research focuses on workwomen behaviours patterns.
