Abstract (EN)
1,3,4-oxadiazoles are considerably important compounds that usen both technological area and medicine chemistry. Carbazole-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives use of LEDs and LEDs compared to other lighting devices have a lot of advantages and a lot of usage areas increased the interest in these derivatives.1,3,4-oxadiazoles have also a lot of diverse biological activities. Because of this, synthesis of these derivatives in the laboratory are very important. In this study, using 9H-carbazole the synthesis of 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives including different carbazole were synthesized according to the synthesis plans.In this study; using 9H-carbazole, 9-Hexyl-(5-( pyridine -4-yl)-1,3,4-Oxadiazole-2-yl)-9H-carbazole was synthesized according to plan-2, 9-hexyl-3-[5-(4- nitrophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl]-9H-carbazole was synthesized according to plan-3 and 9-methyl-3-[5-(pyridine-4-il)-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl]-9H-carbazole derivatives was successfully synthesized according to plan-3.Synthesized compounds were purified by using chromatographic methods and their structures were identified by using FT-IR and 1H-NMR. Spectroscopic studies were carried out in various solvents.
