Abstract (EN)
This study focuses on project management, Quality Function Deployment method. By this study this method is used to detect potential home owner's wants and choices. A questionnaire survey was used to have the oppinions of the potential home buyers. The decisions evaluated with AHP and quality home matrix methods. Conclusion recommends Project Managers to create better project and better planning in new residental projects.
