Özet (EN)
This study was carried out with the aim of identifying fungal pathogens in newly planted citrus orchards and investigating the sensitivities of citrus varieties. For this purpose, 24 citrus varieties which have newly introduced and widespread planting opportunities in our region have been determined their sensitivities to these three important citrus pathogens, including Alternaria alternata f.sp. citri, Phytophthora citrophthora and Phoma tracheiphila, which restrict production in citrus orchards. In the studies, citrus species and varieties showed different sensitivity levels to A. alternata f.sp. citri isolates. According to experiments in vitro, the most suscceptible species to A. alternata f.sp. citri isolates has been mandarin. The most resistant to A. alternata f.sp. citri isolates have been lemon varieties. According to experiments in vivo, the most suscceptible species to Phoma tracheiphila has been limon and followed by grapefruit. Mandarin and orange varieties have been observed low disease occurrence. According to the sensitivities of Phytophthora citrophthora, orange and mandarin varieties showed resistant to the pathogen and infection development were very few the varieties. All of the grapefruit and lemon varieties developed significant infections.
