Abstract (EN)

In this study, the extent of the relationship between health and media, the direct or indirect effect of health messages shared by social media more quickly and uncontrollably on individuals, in particular the extent to which individuals understand and perceive the information disseminated by means of "new" opportunities of the media, which has changed with technological developments, has been evaluated in the context of health literacy. On the other hand, health journalism, which is one of the most important areas of public interest, has focused on the preparation and presentation of the content of health news. In the study, 111 patients admitted to health institutions, Europe draws on Health Literacy Health Literacy Scale scale of Turkey (Tsoy-32) and were administered a 71 question survey of demographic questions.
