Abstract (EN)
In this study, the synthesis and characterizations of novel sixteen pyrrol-3-ones, which is absent from literature, from the reactions of furan-3-ones with amino acids as L-Phenylalanine (1a), 3-Nitro-L-Tyrosine (1b) and L-Tryptophan (1c) were performed. All the reactions were accomplished by refluxing in the presence of pyridine in methanol. The method is contained in the transformations of amino acids (1a-c) with furan-3-ones (2a-f) via Michael Addition. The structures of these newly synthesized compounds were determined by the result of elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectrra. The effectss and the behaviors of the nucleophiles and the news substrate in this reaction were discussed comparably according to their properties and structures.
