Abstract (EN)
Synthesis of organo-electronic molecules has garnered significant attentions worldwide and remain a popular choice to work on among the research communities. In compare to conventional electronic device organic electronic device has low fabrication cost and they are easy to prepare, and suitable for fabricating flexible devices. Thieno thiophene and conducting polymers derived from them are widely used in designing and constructing magnetic and photosensitive receptors, sensors, electrochromic devices (ECD), organic ligth emitting diodes (OLED), field effect transistors (FET) which are the basic components of electronic circuits, and solar cells which convert sunlight to electrical current (photovoltaic). In this study, organo-electronic-based molecules were synthesized by ring closure method using P4S10, the monoketone developed by our group. thieno [3,2-b] thiophene derivatives of 3 position the furan group containing are obtained that the monoketone is obtained starting from 3-bromo thiophene. The products are purified by column chromatography and characterized by NMR and other spectroscopic methods. The electronic properties are investigated by cyclic voltammetry.
