Metaecologic foundation of the new national security policies and the national security of Turkey

The national security term has been using widely in the academic and political world since Cold War time. But, it has been approached by human centric and state centric so the affect of the economic system and historical background has been neglected. Because of this deficiency, the national security has been analyzed according to the accumulation and producing model in the historical context.The classical national security context has been redefined in term of neoliberal accumulation model and geo-economics priorities in the cold war time. So, the environmental security which is covered by new security context has encapsulated that control and accessibility of the base of natural resources which are called strategic assets.The controlling of the natural resources has been achieved by the metaecologic system which is supported by global organization under the USA hegemony as globally. The peripheral countries which is include Turkey are also support this hegemony by compatible policy.
