Özet (EN)

In this study, the Project data were obtained in order to examine investigate a reinforced concrete building whose design was made according to Turkish Seismic Code, 2018 and whose construction continues. In the first stage, within the scope of Force Based Design irregularity controls of the building, overturning moment control of reinforced concrete walls, effective relative storey drifts control and second-order effects were examined. In this part of the study, mode superposition method, which is one of the linear calculation methods, was used. In the second phase of the study, the performance level of the building was determined by using static single-mode pushover analysis, one of the nonlinear evaluation methods.The result of the obtained performance analysis has been compared with the target performance level given in the Turkish Seismic Code-2018. Since the building is still under construction, it is evaluated as a new building and performance analysis has been made within this scope. Plastic hinge properties was determined in SAP 2000's "Section Designer" interface by using moment curvature analysis of sections. The Sap2000 program was used for analysis carried out in both stages of the study. As a result of the construction's examinationinvestigation, it has been determined that there is torsional irregularity and soft storey irregularity in the structure and that reinforced concrete curtains do not meet the sub-condition of 4.3.4.5 of Turkish Seismic Code-2018. In addition, it has been identified that the building is at the Controlled Damage Performance Level. It has been determined that the building achieved the target performance level given in Turkish Seismic Code-2018.
