Abstract (EN)

The collaboration of nonprofit organisations might yield benefits when they encounter shared objectives that are challenging to achieve alone. The longevity of coopetitive relationships is contingent upon an organization's ability to implement a strategic approach that effectively balances cooperative and competitive dynamics. The nonprofit sector presents numerous uncertainties and obstacles, including limited financial resources, unforeseen events, donor engagement, and performance pressures. Nonprofit organisations that place innovation as a central strategic objective bear the responsibility of ensuring the efficient management of organisations. This study mainly answers How innovative climate triggers the formation of coopetition in nonprofit organizations. Moreover, it also explores How coopetitive relationships impact the performance of nonprofit organizations? The data is collected from the nonprofit organisation registered in Baghdad, Iraq. There are 109 valid responses available for data analysis. Interorganizational linkages contribute to the emergence of a novel corporate framework, characterised by the simultaneous presence of collaboration and rivalry, aimed at promoting technological progress and guaranteeing economic sustainability.
