Abstract (EN)

This study was studied for the purpose of determination of morphological traits affected on grain yield by using 3 registered varieties (Gap Mavisi, Eren ve İptaş) and 9 local populations which are origin of Turkey of Lathyrus sativus L. those in total 12 grasspea varieties. The experiment was established according to randomized block design with 3 replications and determined plant heights, main stem thickness, main stem number, pod number per plant, number of seeds per pod, 1000 seed weight, grain yield, beginning of flowering, a period from sowing to harvest and crude protein content. According to two-year results, it was determined that the beginning of flowering was between 168.38-294.55 days in 2017 and 106.0-111.33 days in 2018, plant height was between 56.67-41.23 cm, main stem number was between 2.20-5.60, main stem thickness was between 1.73-1.93 mm, pod number per plant was between 2.20-3.40, seed yield per plant 2.20-3.40, 1000 seed weight 87.92-284.59 gr and crude protein content ratio was between %23.93-27.23. Seed yield was to determine between 155.94-211.37 kg/da, genotype of 6110 was the highest seed yield (211.37 kg/da), genotype of 2006 was the lowest seed yield (155.94 kg/da). Consequently, there were very significant differences among 12 L. sativus genotypes in terms of determine traits and determined that some genotypes were better qualifications to the others. Population variables were observed significant differences all in genotypes, include varieties. Therefore, promising genotypes were determined for breeding among local populations.
