A study on work related attitudes such as the relationship between job satisfaction and the employee's psychologi̇cal attachment to the organization

The purpose of this study is to determine that job satisfaction and organizational commitment levels and also is to investigate that the relationship between these two positions in local government employees' individual characteristics and interactions with these attitudes. For this purpose, data collection techniques used in the survey, universe as the Adana Water and Sewerage Authority employees were selected. This study consists of four chapters. In the first part of the study, introduction to the topic was reviewed and information is given on the importance, the problem and the aim of the research. In these condpart of the conceptual framework of organizational commitment and job satisfaction study dealt with separately, the two positions are included on the main factors affecting and which focused on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment is illustrated by examples in the literature on the factors affecting each other. In the third section, information is given on research methods and techniques used. In the fourth chapter that inculeded findings and interpretations, an overview of the results obtained by analysis of the literature data is also written in support of conclusions and recommendations. As a result of this survey it was observed that vary depending on the gender of job satisfaction and also houseworking time with job satisfaction affects the total working time. However, analyzes done to differ according to educational level of organizational commitment have been obtained as a result. In addition, in the analysis of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to test the relationship between the two positions is a positive relationship, job satisfaction has been shown to increase, increased organizational commitment.
