Examination of the change in indigenous migrants food culture: Gaziantep example

The main purpose of this study is to determine; the extent interraction and the level entent of variation at the food culture of people coming to Gaziantep with internal migration, what kind of interaction Gaziantep's cuisine has due to joining of Gaziantep to Unesco Creative Cities Network, how the adaptation process of the immigrants after started to live in Gaziantep, to undestand whether the effect of unilateral Gaziantep cuisine is dominant or whether this interaction is mutual. In this study, it is focused on the relationship between gastronomy and food culture. The theme of migration is also included in the study owing to the subject of thesis is related with migration. As a results; Gastronomy; contacted together with culture, food sociology, migration concept, it is worked on to understand the changes at food culture of immigrant people at Gaziantep private.
