Abstract (EN)
The rapid increase in human population causes increasing environmental damage day to day. It is becoming necessary to reduce and reverse the negative effects on environment. Concerns about environment and the future of the earth directed studies towards green and sustainable issues. This study is motivated by the same cocerns thus Green Supply Chain Management and Green Vehicle Routing subjects are studied and a Green Vehicle Routing Problem with Social Carbon Cost aspect is presented. A literature review summary and the contribution of the work is given in the first chapter. Next Green supply Chain Management and Green Vehicle Routing topics are discussed in second and third chapters. A vaccine distribution case in Asian side of İstanbul is taken and solved as a cost minimizing problem and a green vehicle routing problem in the fourth chapter. The last section consists of comparison of the different problem results and gives opinion about the future research.
