Abstract (EN)

This study aims to explore the effects of the talent management components such as leadership techniques, management capabilities, creation of advanced management and system, advanced management techniques, inclusiveness, rewarding and performance appraisal systems and employee selection criterias on company's human resource which is a major supporter of the sustainable competitive advantage for today's companies. In addition, it was supposed to pay attention to literature by realizing the effects of talent management practices on one of the vital pillar of companies, human factor. With same aim, the survey with 53 questions which has seven sub-categories related with employee satisfaction has been applied. Totally 201 survey results have been evaluated. Acquired data's validity and reliability controlled and examined by factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis in SPSS 17 application. As a result, it has been explored that effective talent management practices have important influences on human resource who is the most critical element of the company for the survival of the companies. Fairly and trustable performance appraisal systemsand providing performance appraisal results feedback to the employee by the managers are the key activities to enhance employees' feeling trust and belonging to the company and naturally employee satisfaction.
