Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the effects of talent management strategies on employee performance. The research was conducted on a sample of employees working in industrial enterprises in Hatay, Osmaniye and Adana provinces. Data were collected from 419 participants through online surveys in May and June 2024.The Employee Performance Scale developed by Tayfun and Çatır (2013) and the Talent Management Perception Scale developed by Shawn Fegley (2006) were used in the study. In the study, normal distribution test, t-test, ANOVA and regression were analyzed using SPSS software. The significance level was accepted as 0.05 in the analyzes. The results of the study show that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between talent management and work performance. Both intangible (p<0,01, r=0,977) and tangible (p<0,01, r=0,979) sub-dimensions positively affect work performance. Moreover, each of the sub-dimensions of talent management (tangible and intangible) has a significant effect on work performance. The results of the study revealed that talent management strategies play an important role in improving employee performance and that effective implementation of these strategies can be beneficial for organizations.
